The proposed development comprises seven land plots situated in the Central Business District (CBD) core, near the Colombo Commercial Port. Part of the Beira Lake Intervention Area Development Plan, this project aims to create visual connections through boulevard roads and enhance pedestrian and bicycle spaces.
The green promenade around Beira Lake will be expanded to improve public access to the lake. The Urban Development Authority proposes a high-rise mixed development project on the land adjacent to the lake, aiming to boost and enhance tourism activities in the area.

– It has been granted an initial consent to develop the premises by itself.
