This land is situated in the South – Eastern corner of Colombo City, surrounded by Kelani Valley Railway Line, Rich road network and surrounded with many government institutions, National Blood Bank, the Survey Department, the Labor Ministry and Major Private Hospitals in the country.

Hence, considering its potential and location, the UDA expects to offer the land for education institution development projects.
