Urban Development Authority (UDA)

The Urban Development Authority (UDA) was established in 1978 to promote integrated planning and implementation of economic, social and physical development of areas declared as urban development areas.

UDA is committed to achieve the vision, ‘Towards a Planned, Sustained and Adored Urbanization’ and the mission to ‘Promote integrated planning and implementation for the economic, social, environmental and physical development of the declared Urban Development Areas’.
