The Kurunegala Techno Park is a transformative project initiated by the Government of Sri Lanka to drive innovation, research, and technology-driven industries. This state-of-the-art development is strategically located in Kurunegala, a central hub with excellent connectivity to major cities via expressways (5km from Highway exit) and rail networks.

This project is proposed to attract high-tech industries, entrepreneurs, and investors eager to capitalize on Sri Lanka’s expanding digital economy.

• Land Extent: Site 1 – 11 acres 1 rood, Site 2 – 3 acres 1 rood
• Proposed Building Floor Area: 31,147 m²

• Water Supply: Initial supply for construction work available, with provision of up to 100 m³/day
